Term 4 Week 3 Learning Log

*Monday*

We did not have literature lesson on Monday due to the upper secondary graduation ceremony that day. So Classes ends at 10am for us lower secondary. I hope we don’t miss out much anymore on Literature. Exams are near; we don’t want to be ‘blurring’ on that day… haha:]

*Thursday*

We had Mother tongue exam on that day, so there is no classes and Literature lesson.

Term 4 Week 2 Learning Log

~Monday~

During class lesson, we have our last practice on the performance, because Mr Chua wanted to get on with the lesson on the Mighty Mandarin. So, at the rehearsal, my group was still in a mess even though we are going to have our actual my group was still in a mess even though we are going to have our actual performance on that afternoon. Mr Chua came to our group and scolds us for not preparing enough and kind of gave us some tips for the performance, which was helpful to us, kind of… thanks Mr Chua:]

We had our actual performance later on in the afternoon at 4.30pm, to me; everything went quite wrong and messy. I can see that the Director is fed up with us; I know that I’m in charge of bringing the props, but yeah, I did bring them, just I’m a Malaysian, and things can get bizarre at times. Like, that day, my bus came early to fetch me, and I forgotten to take that bottle of drinks out of the fridge… the bus driver don’t agree with me to turn back just for a bottle of drink, and I did bring plastic cups. The director wants me to bring that wine glasses. But my parents, of course, wouldn’t let me. Luckily, kind of, my director did prepare a bottle of drink and 2 wine glasses. I prepare the music and all that, which, only Xin Yin didn’t really do anything except remembering her lines even though she’s a stage person too. But at least Shafiqah make an effort to bring extra cups. I have to admit that my group isn’t very serious about this performance, which only I and the director are worried about. Only until the actual day, Xin Yin keeps on telling everyone not to make her fail, which was, like, very unfair for us. She didn’t really do anything, and she wants us to make a pass for her. I don’t want to comment on my group mates, but, I’m just stating the truth. My group wasn’t preparing for it. And even the Juliet, she can’t remember all the lines. *sigh* never mind that, it had already past; we can now all make an effort on the written exam on our own… one last thing I want to say is that, of all the group members except for the director, I didn’t make an effort on my costume. I was a ‘guest’ in that performance and I just wore a camp T-shirt plus school shorts… I know it’s like, disappointing everyone, but they say just wear what u always wear, which, that’s what u did. I always just wear a T-shirt and a pair of Bermuda… Anyway, everyone did a great job in the end:] Good luck for the written exam:]

~Thursday~

On Thursday, we went back to our normal lesson, thankfully for my group, we had already done our performance:] haha^^ Lesson was…. Normal. Mr Chua explains about what we are going to be tested on, that day. Looks like there’s a lot of topics involved:] well, I hope all of us will study real hard for the exam and get great results for it^^ Good Luck every one^^
